Schedule a library workshop with an EGSC Librarian! Workshops can be held on any campus for any course in the library classroom, in your classroom, or online. Below are sample workshops. We are also happy to partner with you to design a workshop to complement your assignments and courses.

Introduction to the Library [45 min.]
Research Skills Workshop [45 min. = 30 min. overview + 15 min. workshop]
Best for students who are working on a research-based assignment.
Advanced GALILEO Workshop [45 min. = 15 min. instruction + 30 min. group activity/discussion]
Best for classes that are 2000 level or higher. This includes a review of previous sessions and builds on these ideas to develop searching skills and differentiate between types of sources.
These can be stand-alone workshops or combined into a unique, discipline-specific session.
